The following terms and conditions shall apply to each order placed by the purchaser (hereinafter: “You” or „Purchaser” or „Customer”) with Clash Kft. (14-09-303122, hereinafter: „Clash Kft.” or „we”) that we have received on the website, mobile web site, mobile application or over telephone (expression „” will apply to all these).

By using the website and/or by placing an order, the purchaser will accept the terms and conditions set out herein (“Conditions”). Please read the Conditions prior to the placement of the order.

Orders may be placed by persons of not limited legal capacity and not incompetent natural persons or by legal entities or by economic organization without legal personality.

Display of any product or service on website shall not mean or guarantee that such products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the market.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Your order will be governed by the Terms and Conditions displayed on website at the time of submitting the order.

The prices displayed on website include the statutory VAT but do not include the delivery charges.

The shipping cost of the order depends on the weight of the order and the method of payment. The cost of each shipping method will be clearly indicated during the payment process. Our standard shipping fee is 1083 Ft within the territory of Hungary. Prices are the same in stores and online..


You can submit your order on website both with and without the registration. Upon registration, the order process can be tracked through your personal account. After a successful order, we will send you a confirmation email with the contents of the order. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we receive a payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the relevant amount by using the same payment method that was used to make the payment. If for any reason you need a different solution, we will contact you and make the payment.


Clash Ltd. will accept and process orders as quickly as possible and use its efforts to deliver the order to the place of residence or other address specified under the selected shipping terms.

Clash Kft. endeavours to send the packages in the sequence of the receipt of the orders. We strive to perform the delivery within 2-5 working days reckoned from the confirmation of the order. Although we use our best efforts to perform within such time limit, the delivery may take longer for unexpected reasons.

Domestic parcels are shipped by the staff of GLS Courier Service on business days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. without prior telephone call (so please make arrangements for delivery to your place of work). GLS will provide you with e-mail information on the day of delivery specifying the anticipated time of delivery.

If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, he will try to deliver it again later. If this also fails, the parcel is temporarily stored in the local warehouse and automatically returned to the sender.


You may cancel or withdraw your order within the period between the date of contract conclusion and receipt of the product, or for 14 calendar days following the receipt of the order, provided that you return all items as received. This means that the items have not been damaged, got dirty, washed or worn (except for trying on) and all their labels and tags are intact. The shoe box is an integral part of the product and as such cannot be used as a postal package. The customer must return the products immediately to the address given below, but not later than within 14 calendar days after the notice of withdrawal. The Customer shall bear the costs incurred in connection with the return of the product due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, however, no additional costs shall be charged. On the other hand, Clash Kft. may require compensation for its damage arising from the improper use of the product. If the consumer does not opt for the least costly mode of transport other than the usual mode of transport, the company shall not be required to reimburse the resulting additional costs in the event of cancellation. If you wish to retain certain items and cancel only part of the order, shipping costs will not be refunded. Cash purchases are non-refundable and coupons cannot be converted into cash.

IV. 1.em. We will refund the purchase price by bank transfer to a bank account you have specified within 14 days.

If after opening the package, the delivered product is found to be damaged, it will be replaced free of charge. In such a case, please call our customer service or write to about the things to be done.


Any products can be replaced for 14 calendar days following the receipt of the order, provided that you return all items as received. This means that the items have not been damaged, got dirty, washed or worn (except for trying on) and all their labels and tags are intact. The shoe box is an integral part of the product and as such cannot be used as a postal package!

You can also return underwear in the same as any other item, provided it has not been worn and it is in its original condition.

Products purchased online may only be exchanged through our headquarters by returning the goods by post. No personal arrangements and replacement in Tisza brand-name shops will be possible. Please return the product (s) to be replaced to the following address: Clash Kft., 1047 Budapest, Károlyi István u. 10. IV. ép. 1.em. Please indicate the replacement size in the returned package and the colour combination in the case of change. In the case of replacement, the price difference and the cost of reposting (1,530 HUF – 1,715 HUF) will be charged to the customer, which can be settled with the courier upon the delivery.



In fact, warranty for any product means the responsibility of the obligor (the seller of the product) for a defect in the product (more specifically, a defect in the product at the time of purchase). In the case of a consumer-to-business contract, the warranty period will become forfeit in two years from the date of performance.

Product guarantee

The concept of the product warranty, introduced by the new Civil Code, means that in case of lack of conformity of any movable property sold by a business party to a consumer, the consumer shall have the right to demand from the manufacturer to have the product repaired or replaced unless compliance with the chosen warranty right is impossible or it results in disproportionate expenses on the part of the obligor as compared to the alternative remedy, taking into account the value the service would have had there been no lack of conformity.
