2. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If any dispute arises that cannot be resolved amicably, and if under the relevant law you qualify as a consumer, then besides the legal proceedings, you will be entitled to lodge a complaint at the consumer protection authority with competence according to your place of residence in your place of residence. In addition, in the event of a dispute concerning the quality, safety, application of product liability rules, or the conclusion and performance of a contract, you may institute proceedings before the county conciliation body with competence according to your place of residence.

3. MISCELLANEOUS

A contract made under these terms shall not be qualified as a written contract, it will not be filed by TISZA CIPŐ, consequently, it will not be available subsequently. A binding code of conduct is not available. The contract can be concluded in the Hungarian language. You can fix data entry errors by going back to the appropriate page, deleting them, and then re-entering the data you entered before. If it is not possible, please contact the TISZA CIPŐ Customer Service.

Please be advised that as a consumer you have the right to seek local ODR in the case of a dispute that you have not been able to resolve directly with TISZA CIPŐ.

What is ODR?

The ODR is a dispute resolution procedure for the out-of-court settlement of intra-EU and cross-border disputes arising out of sales or service contractual obligations involving an ODR entity that raises a proposal or brings the parties together to facilitate a friendly solution.

The ODR entities are out-of-court (non-executive) entities. The ODR entity is a neutral party (i.e. a conciliator, mediator, arbitrator, ombudsman, or complaint handling body), and with its assistance TISZA CIPŐ will resolve disputes when a consumer requests ODR dispute resolution. The ODR process is a low-cost, simple and fast procedure and therefore beneficial for both parties, since they will be able to avoid court costs and lengthy procedures.

HOW CAN I LODGE A COMPLAINT BY USING THE ODR PROCEDURE?
