Please fill out the online return form below and select the replacement product you would like from the items currently available on our website.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please select the "Withdrawal" option from the drop-down menu in the online form.
📬 2. Return the Product
Pack the product in its original condition and send it to the following address:

🚚 3. Exchange or Refund
If you choose a product within the same price range, we will ship the replacement free of charge to addresses within Hungary.
If you choose a more expensive product, the price difference can be paid upon delivery (cash on delivery).
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been sent back.
If the size of the ordered shoes is not suitable, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it. Products purchased online should be returned by post or courier service to the following address:

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer in all cases.
Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), consumers have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days without providing any reason.
Please note that personal drop-off and personal collection are not available at the above address. Products can only be returned via postal or courier services.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product should be returned in its original condition. The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
When returning a product, we kindly ask that it be:
• returned, where possible, in its original packaging and condition;
• sent via any courier service;
• returned in an undamaged condition.
If payment was made by credit or debit card through SimplePay, the refund will be processed through the same payment platform, and no bank account details are required.
To ensure a smooth exchange or return process, we kindly ask that the product be returned with its original tags attached whenever possible.
Upon request, the replacement product can be shipped to the original delivery address or to a parcel locker.
